Lovely piece of lace nicer than I expected looks lovely on bottom of my top, which I can now wear as it is now not to short thanks to the lace

Used for a time critical project so I dont really have the option to return it, but it looks cheap. The product has been machine manufactured without any care or attention to detail resulting in hanging threads and inconsistent tension. I bought it is white too, which is equally bad and in addition was badly joined rather than being a continuous 3 yard piece and was dirty in places. I have to give it one star - ideally it'd get none.
