Dissapointed
Product came in a plastic bag. Then was shipped in another plastic bag. The flour bag was split at a seam causing the flour to leak out into the shipping bag. Making it unusable because of contamination. Also was $9 more than ordering it from King Arthur.

Broken bag, flour everywhere
The plastic bag the flour is in broke at some point. Everything in the box was covered in potato flour. It's not returnable because it's food stuff nor is it eatable.

The bag is very small!
You won't get many uses with this. It's way overpriced and comes in a small bag.
