Received on time. looks good, material is shining. After installed, it is a bit tight to hold the new roll of paper towel. It is a good value item.

Listen. I love this. Let me tell you why. It keeps my paper towels off the counter. And I just like a clutter free counter. My other paper towel holder was great. But it took up space and it always got dusty and dirty…I was forever cleaning it.This, you could stick right on the cabinet…no screws required, and I was surprised that it held firm. It’s functional, easy to put on, and the paper towels come on and off easily, if needed.Not only that it’s affordable. It’s 10 bucks. The others that I love, like the cute little dog one was close to 30 bucks. As much as I loved the design I didn’t like the price.And if you don’t like it, Amazon is great with returns.

This paper towel holder ticked all my boxes: I just wanted something that I could adhere to the ceramic tile wall in my kitchen, that wouldn't cause the roll to unravel upon tearing off a sheet. The design is simple and does the job- the paper towels fit snugly, I can tear them with one hand.The problem is the adhesive it comes with. I properly prepped the ceramic surface and about 36 hours after mounting, it came crashing down out of nowhere. I DO NOT recommend using this adhesive, you're better to scrape it off and apply your own 3M mounting tape (which is what I'll be doing in order to keep this holder).

This thing was just what I needed, and it's Solid, easy to install, looks nice.

I had to shake my head. Do you know how hard it is to find an old fashioned bolt to the cabinet paper towel holder with both ends ????I had hoped it would be a decent one, was pleasantly surprised. Heavy gauge steel, easily mounted. No more hunting for paper towels in the back of the service truck !!!

I really wanted to like this and I did for the first couple of months. I'm giving this a low rating after using it while. The design of this item is flawed and failure is unavoidable. The "prongs" to hold the roll of towels are VERY tight andonce you peel and stick the bar to adhere to cabinet or wall, it seems like it holds well at first. However, every time you replace the roll between the two prong, it causes the entire bar to flex, putting strain on the adhesion. Eventually, the adhesion gives loose and the who thing falls off, unable to hold any adherence any longer. I would assume if you screwed it in, the same strain would be on the screw holes resulting in permanent damage to the cabinet or wall. I chose to adhere mine and it seemed fine for a couple of months, then it fell off in the middle of the night, causing a loud bang. It was then I realized the design flaw. It will never adhere because the way that it flexes when replacing the roll, the whole bar curls and pulls inward.It's too late for me to return it but I am trying to find something something else to use. I do not recommend this item at all.

Very nice quality and low price

Great product as long as you only use single-roll paper towels. The double-roll size puts the paper towels too close to the base - which is not as long as it should be for a double-roll; the towels won't roll. I pulled the arms further apart, but then the roll of paper towels fell off. The metal is too thick to bend so that the top is wide and bottom of the arms is narrow.

It doesn’t have a rod to hold the kitchen roll. How has this been designed as it’s not a standard roll holder and it doesn’t fit the roll.
