This is NOT a replacement wiper blade assembly, nor is it a replacement insert. It is just the rubbery portion of the insert, the wiper that contacts the glass, so do not discard the old blades and inserts as you will need them. In particular you will have to reuse the metal rails from the old insert that keep the wiper in shape and in place on the blade. No instructions are provided in the package so here goes.Remove the blade from the wiper arm and examine how the insert is held in place. It slides through clips on the blade and its metal rails have a barb at one end that prevent it from sliding through the blade clip at that end. Using needle nose pliers, gently squeeze the barbs together and push the insert through the clip in the outward direction. Once the barb points enter the clip you can pull the insert out of the blade the rest of the way. Take a moment to see how the metal rails fit into the upper channels molded into the wiper. The channels below these are where the wiper slides onto the blade clips. Pull the rail away from the wiper and notice that on the inward facing side of each rail next to the barb there is a smaller barb that sticks into the wiper. Using the old wipers as a template, cut the new ones to length. It may seem counterintuitive, but I found it easier at this point to slide the new wiper through the blade clips BEFORE sliding the metal rails into place. For each rail, beginning with the end opposite the barb, hold it so that the barb faces away from the channel and slide it into its side of the upper channel. When both rails are flush with the end of the wiper, push the insert in the rest of the way until the barbs just emerge on the other side of the end clip.

It takes a few minutes, but they do work for a fraction of the price.

Installed these on my Odyssey and it is a little bit wobbly and doesn't sit flush with the wiper arm.

Very easy to install for a fraction of the cost to replace windshield wipers. Replace the rubber blade instead of the whole assembly!

Unlike the Amazon endorsement, my 2023 does not support replacement of the blade rubber. My Subaru OEM wiper blades have molded ends that are not removable so the rubber cannot be removed and OEM blades cannot be made to accept these inserts..No wonder that these are marked as frequently returned..

This showed as compatible for my 2021 Nissan Leaf as a DIY replacement blade. However the width of the blade is not at all correct to be able to use this in my LEAF's wiper blade housing.The other thing that is poor able this general blade is that the Wiper blades are attached at the part where it contacts the window. So the "4 Pieces" is actually 2 strips of 2 blades which are attached at the "blade" part which touches the windows itself. So attempting to separate the blades means that the quality of the actual wipe would be determined on how well you can cut / separate the blades. Just something to think about.

These were very easy to install, look like they are made well.
