Wearing this to support my knee which has a torn meniscus, greatly helps. I still have to be careful with how I move to not further damage my knee, but having this brace provides an additional level of support I wouldn't have without wearing it. Also, by wearing this brace, it acts as a reminder about my knee so that I become more aware of how I move and be more deliberate with how I move to not re-injure my knee. I would highly encourage you to measure, because this can get tight if you don't order it big enough. This brace is really good quality and very sturdy, and I'd highly encourage someone to get one, if they need the additional support a brace can provide. The brace is comfortable to wear, but we live in a very nice climate, so can't tell you how it would be to wear this brace if there is high humidity or in hot weather.

I have been using this knee brace since February 2023, about 7 months. The brace is very supportive and comfortable. I practice various martial arts and it does a good job stabilizing my knee and allows me to move, twist, kick, etc. I liked it so much I bought the same brand but a slightly different style without the extra velcro straps about 3-4 months later. However both knee pads are experiencing premature failure around the patella padding where the hole for the knee is. The stitching at the edges of the hole have come apart and the gel pad is exposed. While I think the knee pad does a good job, the lack of durability is disappointing. I did not expect the knee pad to start falling apart in less than a year. I'll now have to look for a different brand and hopefully with similar support and stability but better durability.Update 10/28/23After I wrote my review, the seller contacted me and sent a new replacement. That's very good customer service. I'm hoping the new brace is improved and is more durable. Everything else is good, just the seams at the patella. I revised my 1 star to 5 stars based on customer service. They were very quick to respond.

At first I felt it was too tight. I readjusted all the straps and now it fits better. Has 4 straps.

I have 2, and wear them for pickleball twice a week. They are comfortable and give decent support. In general, I would recommend them, but… 2 issues.The first issue is a piece of medal popped out. I was going to post a picture, but I see someone else had the exact same issue. With the medal poking out, it hits the knee when moving around. I tried to push it back into the brace, but that doesn’t help. It started poking out about a month after I started using the brace (have now had the brace for only 4 months)…. now I regret not having retuned it.The second issue is the size. I used the sizing chart and ordered what was recommended based on my measurements. Although the cuff fit the leg fine, the part that is supposed to hold the kneecap in place was extremely loose (didn’t even touch the kneecap) which made the brace useless. I returned it and replaced it with on size smaller. It now works pretty well, but the kneecap is slightly loose while the leg is tight.

I have tried several knee braces, one was recommended by the PT person. This one is by far the best. It really makes a differance. I can even wear this to bed if I need to. The way it staps on doesn't cause blood flow restrictions. And the knee hole is so well paded that I can get down on my bad knee if I have to. The others was really bothering me after about 6 hrs, this one is on from sun up till bed time, no problem. Very Good product. Highly recommend. If you are read this, you can quite your search and hit the button, lol.

This is one of my go-tos. I have painful knees so naturally comfort has to be first in line, then restricting the joint. I get both with this product. The design keeps the patella right where it should be to avoid discomfort. The key factor is getting the right size. Measure your knee. Don’t guess. Avoid the hassle of getting the ideal fit with a handy tape measure.When you know your size, be sure to buy an extra. I’m sure you’ll like this product very well. I know I do.

I had 12 dollar knee brace, but I spent the 55 to get a better one. It has the same amount of support as the 12 dollar one, but it bit into my calf, so after two days wearing it I was basically injured from it. That spot on my leg is still sore. It had been 2 weeks and I haven't put it back on, just using the cheap one because it's better. It's easier to put on and take off as well.

I take jujitsu and karate and I injured my knee training. I had seen the anaconda advertised quite a bit and gave it a try. It was a bogo deal. I wore it once and found it to be restricting for training. A fellow student who is a doctor recommended this brace. It was a game changer, I can move and continue training now.
