These lights are beautiful and have completely transformed the look of our cafe.The customer service by the seller is excellent. I accidentally broke one light (my mistake) but the seller was kind enough to send us a replacement immediately.

This light is modern and beautiful. It was easy to install. However the bulb that came with it is crap. It would not screw in level no matter what I did. It blew out as soon as I turned the switch on. Easy enough to buy another bulb but finding one that will fit in the globe was a pain.

Original review before I realized they sent me the 1 of 4 wrong items, I was sent one I'm guessing for the UK standards: You get what you pay for, the base just isn't the correct size for a standard box and now this is an additional project I'll need to complete just to install these lights. If this item was not so cheap, I would give it less stars but you absolutely get what you pay for here. The black cord should eventually straighten out (hopefully) but definitely you'll want to place the cord in the sun for 30 minutes before you install them so your cord isn't so ugly when you first put the lights up. The globe is nice but really is not my favorite hole opening size. I'd prefer a standard e26 light bulb but now I have to pick up special ones which I knew before purchasing but it's quite obnoxious although reasonable knowing how the real deal looks. Honestly, knowing what I know now, I would recommend buying a more expensive fixture if it's somewhere everyone coming to your house will see. The base doesn't look great. It's a decent rip off and good enough for my master bathroom since I needed 4 pendants and didn't want to spend half a grand. Would I put it in my kitchen over my peninsula, absolutely NOT. The base of the globe just really looks bad.New review- for the price, they're great. You really have to mess with them to get them all even in the direction you want them at but that's to be expected and definitely not a deal breaker for the stars I'm giving it. The base on the US ones covers a standard box so there you have it.

I really love how the lights look; the milk glass puts off a nice warm tone. The downside is the cord. I hung 3 in a row and they keep twisting - has anyone found a trick to keeping them aligned?! The black cord is kind of cheap looking but not terrible.

We love the amount of light that is cast from these. Our previous pendants basically shined straight down onto our island. These cast soft light around our whole whole space! They are a little wonky to get the poles that cover the cords to screw together, would be the only “negative.” The instructions are not very comprehensive if you do not have experience wiring in a light. But overall, we are VERY happy with them and would definitely recommend!

(Note - this is an initial review. We noticed there might be some rusting on the brass not even two months after installing, but we will update as we see it.)- Overall -These lights are absolutely gorgeous - with some updates we did. On their own, they are pretty disappointing.- Good Notes -They are relatively inexpensive, easy to install. The oval and the globe are gorgeous - the finish on the brass is beautiful, the globe itself is frosted and diffuses light appropriately.- Not So Good Notes -The main problem is that the cover plate does not actually cover the box in the ceiling. I typically expect the cover plates to be oversized to compensate for any strangeness in the boxes, but the plate is so small that it doesn't even cover the box itself. We ended up buying little ceiling plates in order to kind of fix the appearance.There is no rod included with these lights. The lights instead have a black cord, which is honestly not the best look. The cord itself isn't an issue, it just isn't attractive against the beautiful, brushed brass oval.- How We Updated Them -We bought a different light fixture for another area of our reno, and that light fixture happened to have additional down rods that we did not need. We used those to cover the black cord. It isn't perfect because it didn't attach, but it works visually on first glance.We bought a ceiling medallion to cover the box and close the gap around the plate. Again, doesn't look quite perfect, but it isn't so bad - we may at some point just buy a new plate altogether because it is so frustrating.

Love this pendant light! It arrived well packed to protect the glass, and in good condition. I was looking for a light that had a combination of warm and cool colors and this is perfect with the contrast of the brass frame against the gray globe. I am using it to replace a traditional fixture because I wanted a modern and elegant look. This pendant light accomplishes that. Very happy with this purchase!

These are nice quality lights with each installation. I am taking away one star as the bulb which were provided along with it didn’t work, so got our own. But definitely a great addition to the house.

Bought two for bedside. One fixture was faulty and did not work. It was past 30 days when we installed it and noticed it’s faulty so couldn’t return it. Amazon customer service and the seller also did NOTHING for us!! Had to pay an electrician to repair it. Don’t waste your money on this product. Not worth it!

I originally ordered something similar but longer (20inches) from wayfair, but I stumbled up on these and decided to give them a shot because they they cheaper and in the brush gold color I was looking for. I was a little hesitant because there was another view that said the light was flickering. After installing these there were no problems at all. They look quite nice in my new bathroom and I am really happy with the purchase :)
