Working Just Fine
We had the heater elements replaced by a Master Plumber. He had no complaints, and the parts for the ECOSMART 27V tankless water heater. My plumber recommends replacing the parts every 3 yrs, because of the hard water in the county.I plan to buy more in the near future.

Lasted 15 months before the first one went out.
I bought these as a replacement for a Rheem 18 kw. One of them has gone out after 15 months of use. Will let you know how long his other brother and sister go.

Gasket is not good
I installed two of these heating elements in my on demand water heater. These elements were rated correctly, and I made sure, but after installation, there was a serious leak and it destroyed my electrical control for my water heater, and I had to get the entire water heater replaced. The reason why this happened was because the gasket that comes with this heating element does not seat well inside the receiving tube off the hot water heater and will eventually cost a leak.And this leak wound up destroying my electronic control. These elements may be cheap, but they're not worth it.Buyer beware
