CERBERUS Strength Elite Double Loop Figure 8 Lifting Straps (Pair)

These are by far the best lifting straps l have ever used. As long as you have the right size these will easily improve your lifts giving you nice tight grip with no hard tension on your wrists. 300kg deadlift, 380kg shrugs feel very comfortable so these are very heavy duty straps. Feel better the more you break them in. Always best to go for natural grip strength but if you want to hit heavy you won't find a better strap to support you.

A good comfortable fit and very strong material. I used them to deadlift 200kg and there was no pinching of skin or stretching of the material.

Great for deadlifts. I bought these when the weights I was lifting started to get heavier and it was getting more challenging to maintain my grip. Structurally they are well made, sturdy and I can imagine that they will last for a very long time.

Nice thick material that should soften with use. Very heavy duty & well made. A bit weird to start with but feel great once you get your head around them. Be warned though, once you are strapped in you are strapped in & will not be able to let go of the bar until it is returned to the floor. I've used them for deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, t bar rows & bent over rows, worked really well. Only reason I haven't given them a 5/5 is on dumbells they are really tricky to get on. You have to feed your thumb back through & when you're using big dumbells it's a very tight squeeze & I ended up pulling my thumb through with my other hand. It's not that much of an issue for single arm rows, but for shrugs when you need one in each hand I can see that being a pain. Obviously these are marketed as a deadlift strap specifically, & they're fairly new & will become softer so maybe I'm being a little unfair. These are my first pair of figure of 8 straps, I've used conventional straps & Olympic straps before. If you're after some straps specifically for deadlifts (and similar bar lifts) you can't go wrong with these & I'd highly recommend them. If you're planning on lifts where you might have to ditch the bar (Olympic lifts, cross fit etc) then I'd say figure of 8's are not for you because you can not let go if something goes wrong.

Tried a pair of figure 8 straps before these and found them awkward but these just feel right. Good luck trying to break them.

I have never used straps in my life but as my weights went up I couldn’t train to the max with my grip strength. I bought ordinary straps which were just ok, I still struggled on my bigger lifts. These exact ones were suggested to me. I was reluctant to spend 20 quid or whatever they were but did as the person who recommended them was a good source and had his for 5 years and was throwing 300 kilos about. After one session with these I knew right away they were well worth the money. I added 20kg to my RDLS that session. Simple to use. They save time on trying to wrap the ordinary ones around the bar. I’m 6ft, 15 and a half stone, not overly big hands, wrists or arms, large are are perfect fit for me. Buy these, it seems like you could have them for 10 years

I bought these to trial for dead lifting after seeing numerous Strongmen using them. Honestly straight away they have a better feel to them than a conventional wrap around strap. It's difficult to describe and it is a personal choice.I would recommend highly for Deads.
