Poor quality broke after less less than 2 years and guarantee up afte 2 years ..disspointed tried to contact youto send it back but amazon said I could not not returnable as guarantee has expiredWould never buy again! paid a lot of money.......... my last one £20 lasted 7 years...great and cheapthis one £60 and lasted two years...poor......I thought dualit was a good make Looked nice but not good enough..for me never buy this name brand againmay be a one off but disapointing.it is only a toaster? waht could go wrong..
