I just got this camera today and I connected it. It was easy enough to connect but you need to download the software separately.I was previously using the built-in camera on my Dell laptop. It was not the best camera so I bought this one. This is a significant improvement over my Dell camera, but I was expecting more. It is decent enough for Zoom or Teams if I am close enough to the camera. I am impressed with the way it handles lighting. I have the camera in a situation where light from a window shines on the side and I can't really avoid it. It does a great job of balancing the light and I am not being silhouetted in the video. That is quite impressive. So for video conferencing the video, and mic are reasonably good and a great improvement over the camera I had. I just think I was expecting the image to be sharper for video conferencing although that may be because of other factors and not the camera. I will need to try it in a low-light situation when the sun has gone down.I also record a lot of training videos with Camtasia and I will say it is excellent for that purpose. Again, a vast improvement over my built-in camera. The mic is also much better than the system mic for recording my voice. I have always been a Logitech user when I needed external devices like this.My husband needs another camera as well and I will probably buy him the same one. I definitely recommend it but be aware that video conferencing may not be as crisp as you are expecting depending on the card in your computer. I have an iMac I can use for Zoom or Teams meetings if I find I can't deal with this one but I am thinking that won't be an issue.UPDATE: The third image was taken at 8:45 pm in mid-June on the east coast. We still have some daylight outside but I need a light on in my office because it is too dark to work. I have a small lamp on in the room and the light is very low. The camera does an impressive job in a low light situation.

Very good zoom range, light handling, and easy setup on Samsung Windows 11 pc + Samsung TV as monitor. I use it for online yoga sessions (as a student) and it gives my instructor a clear view of my motions from 14' away. I'm 6'4" and standing, sitting, and lying down poses are all captured nicely from that distance. I would buy again.I think it would be great for most meetings, especially a medical appointment or other where your range of motion or body language is important to convey.For close-ups? Maybe too sharp? Like you can't hide whether you bothered to shave or drag a comb through your hair?No complaints with audio... it let me do without earbuds which I appreciate.I did need an HDMI cable to cast the laptop to the TV--too much latency via wireless connection but I suspect that's not a camera issue.Delivery was as advertised.

I spent about 4 hours on the phone with customer suupport trying to get the yellow out. The directions that came with the camera said NOTHING about having to download any software to adjust color, etc. My boyfriend is a Sr. Editor at Warner Bros... (colorist)... and he spent another 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out how to get the yellow out. He got it out working on the camera to my iMac... however, it still looks like this on Zoom. I bought it for Zoom so that I can look into the eyes of people I'm working with. I saw one video of one man out on YouTube who was trying (again) to get the yellow out of his picture. He did it on the YouTube video after a lot of tinkering. ?? Is this how the camera comes? Or did I just get a bad camera with lousy instructions? I really don't know. The whole setup with the lucite holder cost me about $300. I can't use this. I will try another hour to get some help... otherwise I can't waste any more time on this. Just wanting to let people know that the instructions say NOTHING about how to fix this. ??? Why would they assume that regular people know how to fix this?

I have been taking someone line training that uses Zoom. I did not have a camera or microphone on my home computer so that is what brought me to this product. It is better than I expected it to be. I love it! I will be ordering one for my office computer as well. This product works perfectly!

I am launching a new YouTube channel soon and will be producing a three camera, 4K show with these. The quality is just amazing! So much better than expected, and will do the job PERFECTLY! With my Mac Studio Pro Ultra, I am able to record 4K from all three cameras at once using OBS and the Source Record plug-in filter. PERFECT quality, and only 10% - 15% CPU utilization on average using Apple's built in hardware encoder. It's just amazing!Be sure to install the Logi Tune software used to update the CAM firmware and configure and interact with each CAM!The only negative is only digital zoom is possible and the zoom quality is not good enough to be usable, at least for me. So they are static cameras.

See the difference between 3 different webcams: first one is built-in webcam for iMac 2017 model, the second webcam is Logitech C930s (1080p), and the third webcam is Logitech Brio (4K). These pictures were taken as snapshots from Zoom app using these 3 different cameras in the same lighting conditions. I have a bright light coming from behind me which usually impairs the picture. All of these pictures were taken raw without any modifications or setting adjustment (used autofocus and auto exposure).Clearly the Logitech Brio offers superb image quality. It also offers wider Field of View (used 65 degrees here, but can widen it to 78 and 90 degrees). I definitely recommend the Brio!
