Excellent flour although quite expensive for a small bag .
I haven't used this flour before but I made a lovely Gluten Free cake .The value quite expensive for a small bag although I would buy again .

Great but going UP and UP in price every time I order
I use this my Mycology purposes (BRF) and though the product is AMAZING quality, I've had to find another supplier as every single time i've come back to re-order it's gone up and up in price (currently around £20 per kg) managed to buy the same quality elsewhere for £3 a kilo in 25kg sacks.Moral of the story is, if you don't need a lot of this or your stuck for needing it quickly, probably look elsewhere.
