Great items
Excellent items the only fault is that they are too light so kept falling over when pulling cover on so had to make a good base out of wood to screw them onto, but I would certainly buy again

Works very well and very adaptable. Recommended.
This works well. It is plastic so be a little careful, but it's sturdy enough. Very adjustable and you can even cut the sections down, as I did, to make it a perfect fit. Perfect.

Not worth time or money
I purchased these to hold up a quite expensive boat cover for my pontoon boat - we secured through the top holes well across to the railing of the pontoons as even under pressure from the cover they kept falling apart and falling over leaving the cover to sag and fill up with water, ice and snow - eventually sometime during the winter the entire stand came apart indicating that the sections don't fit together well and with the genius design of a spike in the bottom section I ended up with a hole through the my cover - the product is weak and flimsy - don't do what I did and not build or purchase the proper frame for your cover - you will potentially end up with a hole in a 700 dollar boat cover

Boat is well protected
When I bought the boat the seller had a PVC frame to support the boat cover. This is so much better. I found the poles to lean and flex under any pressure, but, I placed the pole inside PVC pipe & secured at top and bottom with a sheet metal screw. I purchased 3/4 in nylon strapping and plastic buckles with slides Blue Elf 10 PCS 3/4"(19mm) Black Side Release Whistle Buckles for Paracord Bracelets Strap with Free Cable Organizer I used my sewing machine to make the loop ends, attach the buckles, and loop through the slots in the mushrooms. The cover that came with the boat had numerous stains from puddling. I purchased a new Classic Accessories cover which included one support pole. Much too flimsy to be worth your money.
Unfortunately, this support pole is very flimsy, both in its dimensions and in its construction. It lacks the strength to stand up to the weight of your boat cover, especially after you tighten it down. The support is made of thin, lightweight plastic and comes in pieces for easy disassembly. This is great for portability, but the pieces will first bend, and then they will come apart, making them useless for holding up the boat cover. The support base is too small, making it difficult to keep it upright when stretching straps taut to the bow and stern of the boat. If you manage that without the support folding up on you, then when you cinch down your cover, the support will tip over and the cover will collapse. It's a race to see which element will fail first - the flimsy uprights, the small base, or the weak joints. This thing just isn't strong enough to handle a boat cover under tension. There are better options available on Amazon, or hit your local marina so that you can physically examine one before buyig.
