Flexzilla Air Hose, 3/8 in. x 100 ft., 1/4 in. MNPT Fittings, Heavy Duty, Lightweight, Hybrid, ZillaGreen - HFZ38100YW2

Flexible at 38 degrees. Measured to within 1 ft of 100 feet, close enough. Fits on Harbor Freight Manual air hose reel. It came off the wheel and tangle a little during the first unwinding since I wound it a bit too loose when I first put it on the reel. It's easy to use a leg as a guide to wind it back onto the reel but you need to center it or risk coming off to the side through the reel arms. That is a Harbor Freight cheap reel issue due to use of 4 arms on each side instead of a solid side. (I may add a string as a guide.) A solid reel would work better. But the hose itself is really nice to use. Light, twist and kink free on unwinding. Comes with screw tips on ends and you have to add your own quick connectors. The ends have a long stiff handle/cover so you need to watch you don't bend it where it exits the end protector. I screwed one end directly into the reel. It was just the right length to turn onto this reel for kink free winding. I'm really happy with this choice and will improve the reel setup..

Works great. Soft and flexible so much easier to maneuver than the stiff hose included.

Has no memory and light weight but durable!

Seems to be well made. The fitting on the compressor/reel end could be shorter as it is tricky to get it styled when rolling up on a smaller reel. Make sure to reel it up pressurized because it expands as pressure goes up and can cause the reel to expand and be difficult to rotate.

Not one of the best air hoses, the best. I also have garden hoses made by Flexzilla. It is lighter weight than my other hoses, and is very easy to wind up and deploy when cold. Very durable. FYI CAUTION. Will not withstand beingrun-over by a snowblower. LOL. When I did get it untangled, of the six or so gouges in the outer casing, I only hadone leak. The hose was under pressure (25 psi) at the time, and I have not pressure tested the balance of the damage yet. Repair kits have been ordered. Just went and took some pics, looks like only one bad spot, testing will see. There were about 3 more spots I didn't record. Still not disappointed in the hose, just my memory where I left the hose.Of the 5 pics I loaded, 1, is the worst, 2, 3, 4, are the worst of the ,scuffs, 5 is rolled up. Its only part of the 100 ft hose. It looks bad but I didn't get the twists out before I rolled it up. As you can see, snow on the ground, and 12 deg. F. It's still outside. My other hoses would not be able to rolled up that tight, at 12 deg. F.

Best air hose in existence

Very lightweight and great quality hose. Great for custom jobs as you can cut and attach your own fittings. Aus buyers remember that the ends are NPT. Great if you can get it on sale.
