Exactly what I looked for and more. Just got it, but already excited about its quality. Material and hooks seem pretty sturdy, with imbetted rods for extra support. The zipper adds another layer of protection (and to make you sweat more I bet). The straps are the cherry on top feature to hold all in place. Maybe a bit in the way of the boobs, but handable and they are adjustable anyways.I have it on 'lowest setting' to get used to it, but it already feels pretty comfortable and cant wait to exercise with it.We dont have hot weather currently, but it doesnt feel bad for not having 'breathing holes'. I can imagine wearing it successives days/nights, which is my plan as well. I may report back for that, but so far I am pretty satisfied with the product and would recommand it, especially to us women who have a bigger body size in general (like us trans women), which makes it harder to find fitting ones on top of that.I have the 4XL for my 122cm waist (on first hook row in picture, sports bra on the right).

To begin with, the material feels comfortable and it does keep my shape nicer. When it comes to back support, I don't think it's good enough. Also, after 30 minutes or so it's starts riding up a little and becomes a little uncomfortable.Personally, if your waist is much smaller then your hips, the item will keep riding up however, I think it would suit perfectly for any other body shape.

I've been using these waist trainers over the last 9ish months to support my weight loss journey. I've gone from using the large at a 30.5" waist to the small size as I'm now a 27.5" waist. They are very good quality and comfortable, as well as supporting my back and posture which is an added bonus. My only issue is I didn't really see or feel a difference in the medium and small sizes. The size chart says you should have a 24-26" waist for a small but with my 27.5" waist it fits me on the smallest setting and I've been wearing it for the last few days, 8+ hours a day without even noticing it. Hopefully wearing it for a month or so ill start to see a difference in my waist as I am aiming for 24" but who knows.

Checked all the measurements, ordered the right size according to the guide and the thing won't even do up. The hook and eye fastening are terrible too and barely work. The material isn't nice, the straps and zip are very cheap feeling. Wanted to feel better about myself instead I feel even worse. Get what you pay for I suppose. Buy crap, get crap. Wish I hadn't even bothered. ☹️

The waist trainer is definitely true to size. I matched my dress size to the size guide provided and it fit perfect hides all the jiggles and not too tight that cut off my circulation. Quality of material Is great would defo recommend

Having tried many different shapers before, I had my apprehensions about trying this one. On receiving my order and trying it on, I was pleasantly surprised. It fit perfectly and under my clothing it was seamless - no one could tell I was wearing it. The material is breathable and I have been able to wear it all day without feeling restricted and it does not roll up like other products.Upon receiving my order the seller had informed me that I had qualified to get a free shaper. Upon contacting the seller to receive my free shaper as advised almost a month later I am still waiting to receive the free shaper I was promised. Whilst I like this product, the seller in my opinion is not honourable and cannot be trusted to do the right thing. I will never purchase anything from this seller again.

This waist trainer is my favourite for flattening my stomach and uplifting the breast just with the small strap at the side. It straightens the back and clothes look neat throughout the day. It feels snug and comfortable, not restrictive but meets its intended purpose well. It has helped to deal with the embarrassment caused by having a protruding stomach. Most grateful :)
