Kuryakyn 4566 Motorcycle Foot Control Component: Zombie Skull Driver Board Floorboard Covers for 1984-2019 Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Chrome, 1 Pair

installed these on a 2015 road glide special. Purchased after confirming directly with Kuryakyn that this is the correct model for my bike. As stated in other reviews, the mounting brackets on the stock Harley do not line up correctly with mounting points on these board covers. Noticing a bit more vibration in my foot is well… Will put a couple of thousand miles on them and then decide if I'm going to switch back to stock. This being said they look great and I would recommend them

Easy install, pretty straight forward once you take the old rubber boards off. Looks great and adds to the zombie theme I have running already with my Roadglide. I have about 4000 miles on them this summer and they hold up very well. Seem to be very sturdy construction and do not vibrate and bend like the stock harley boards.

Be careful not to over tighten. The instructions indicate that you should tighten to 72 in-lbs. I reduced my torque wrench to minimum ft-lb setting and reduced it more to approximately the 72 in-lbs and popped the first welded nut. This does not need more than hand tightening with, e.g., an allen wrench. The bolts came with the blue loctite already on the bolts. These look much nicer than the standard rubber pads.

I bought these to replace the stock floorboards on my 2012 FLHX Street Glide. I flipped the new floorboards that mount where the stock rubber floorboards mount every way possible, but no matter what I could only get the back 2 (of 4) bolts to fit. I used them anyway, just applied red loctite to the mounting bolts. They look great and go with the overall theme of my bike. I do not notice any excessive vibration with the 2 missing bolts.

Bolted right up with ease. Use extra locktite!

Quick delivery. Easy install. Looks great and functions as good as my old Oem boards did.

First off, the design is superb. I do not believe there is a better design. The rubber pad is also thick and durable and looks good. But what sets it all off, or is supposed to, is the chrome Widow inlay. Look at the picture. Without that it is just average, and here's the thing: the inlay is just chrome plated cheap hard plastic! This lays in grooves in the rubber. Being rubber, it flexes and bends as you put your foot on it, but as the hard plastic inlay can't bend, it breaks, usually right at the skull. Then the chrome peels off, leaving just the yellow bare plastic. AND, because your Widoww inlay is now in pieces, bits are prone to come out and get lost! Kuryakyn could easily fix this: just use decent metal inlays that might bend, but not break. Hell, there is so little material in the narrow inlay that whatever the material cost, it can't be significant: there just ain't enough of it! Shame on you Kuyakyn! Makes me question if I ever want to trust any of your products again. (Oh, mine lasted just 5 rides before this started! Not very durable for $170!)

These boards are awesome! Very comfortable & cushy, good quality, and the chrome skull is badass! I am very satisfied with this purchase.
