Wrong size and paid for more
I paid for 450 fiber optic strands, and only received 200, I want a refund of the difference.My roof liner now have holes in from where I didn’t have enough to fill the area and is very patchy

Press and hold FADE3 & FADE7 to reset the remote if not working!
UPDATED: mine stopped working after 5 months (couldn’t send it back as it was scratched trying to tighten the holding screw) even though the red power light was on, this was because the remote was no longer in sync with the unit, if this happens press ‘FADE3 and FADE7’ at the same time, if it flashes white problem solved. I was about to throw it out after sitting in the tool shed. Shame I had to look at other sellers pages to find this outi. It’s not bad, no option for a true sparkle or twinkle, the nearest is flashing on and off with variable speed. If your looking for a basic setup you can't go wrong, you might need longer filaments though.

Item arrived as described. I was not able to do a white only fade effect lile twinkiling stars.Fade effect only available from one colour to the other. Product is quite good quality
