Having difficulty to get this joystick to work on both my ps4 & xbox360, i've followed the instructions given to the letter but no good?!?

I had same problem at first it only works with an official ps4 or xbox360 controller not a off the market controller as the arcade stick won't work with it as I found out myself and it also has to be connected all the time hope this helps you

does this work with windows 10?

Yes. I use it on a windows 10 pc for killer instinct, street fighter v and mame

How easy is it to install new sanwa joystick?

Very, but you need a 5-pin female-to-female cable.

Will it work with Xbox 1 s? What is the requirement to connect

It will work. You need to connect a normal xbox one controller to the arcade stick (the stick has an USB port on the side)
