Q: Can I continue to filter the water after one filter cycle is finished? There's a lot of water left in the tank.

You can continue to filter the water until the water-changing indicator blink, as seen in the video. You will notice that the water level is close to the height of the partition board or slightly above the white cylinder(about 1/4 of the original volume). At this point, the remaining water in the tank shall be discarded instead of reused for the next cycle. Refilling the water tank with this wastewater can lead to accumulating pollutants, which will shorten the filters' lifespan and lead to a higher TDS.

Q: Does this filter chlorine and flouride?

YES. The ROPOT-Lite system removes >99.9% of chlorine and 99.84% of fluoride, according to SGS test results.

Q: How good does this RO filtered water taste?

When you have low ppm, usually water taste is bitter. The lower ppm, the more bitter taste. But water filtered with this one has a great taste even with a ppm as low as 7. So compared to filtered bottled water like kirkland, this is way better.

Q: Is the pitcher dishwasher safe?
