This item says "atx 3.0 compatible" but the meg ai1000p pcie5 says "atx ready". what's the difference between "ready" and "compatible"?

Only difference is the T5 timing, PSU hold up time, not being Intel spec. of at least 16ms. According to MSI support, it only does ~14ms at full power. Doesn't matter to most people but technically only ATX 3.0 compatible not ready!
