Keypad Touch has never let me down
The Switchbot Lock and Keypad Touch are amazing. I've had them for over 2 years and I've literally never had a problem with them. They work absolutely perfectly together and my wife and I never use the door key now. We always use the Keypad Touch to gain entry to our Home and it's faultless. It's just natural to us now to use that to unlock our front door than it is to use the key. Very happy.

Great device
I have this paired with my switchbot smart lock and it works great, I use it everyday.It's being great having it installed and having fingerprints entry for my family and close friends. Especially since they have a habit of loosing keys. And the key code works great for the dog walker.I had one issue where I had to get a replacement sticker from switchbot and they were super fast in responding and sending out the new one.I have it connected into my Home Assistant so I'm able to integrate it in to my automations.
