I received this Item November 3rd but did not have time to pull it out of the package and install it till today.First, the starter arrived promptly hence the at least 2 starts. When i opened the package i saw the item in a plastic bag wrapped in bubble wrap (obviously not new packaging). When i removed the item i notice that the bolts and wrench were missing per the listing were suppose to be there. No big deal I can live with that.What is a big deal was I saw the starter was covered with dirt, the plastic wire sleeve was damaged, and some of the gear teeth are damaged. No where in the listing does it say the item was used. I am going to return this as I would not trust it even works let alone waste my time installing a used part to find out.

It fit my 50cc TaoTao but it stopped working about 3 rides after I installed it. I am disappointed in this product.

I got 4 starts out if before it died.

These starters don't last very long!
