Must purchase for yourself for the holidays.
I’ve had a bad back for about 25 years, I’ve tried almost everything you can think of . This strap really does help your posture and it elevates pain. I’ve literally shared the link with some of my friends who have similar back pain. 👍🏼👏🏼

Life changing device!
This is an amazing product. I have had lower back problems for decades. No matter what pillow or cushion I tried, I never felt enough lumbar support. But with the nada-chair, that has changed. I can loosen or tighten the straps to get the exact amount of support I need. Also I can move the pad slightly up or down my back to pinpoint the support area. For the price it's impossible to beat for great back support.

Effective and easy to use
This is surprisingly effective. Keeping the lower spine in a proper seated position causes me to have better upper back posture which is strengthening my upper back and neck and beginning to address constant neck pain due to slouching in front of a computer.

Does the job, but quality of materials has declined
I bought one of these direct from the manufacturer at an expo more than 10 years ago and loved it. Over time and much use it began to fall apart. It took a while, but I finally bought a new one and it arrived today. I was excited to open it and put it to use. My first reaction is meh. It does work. My shoulders are not hunched over as I sit working at my desk. I suppose that is the main point. However, the quality of materials is not what it once was. This is more plastic and vinyl than a heavy woven cloth. It seems to me that it will not last nearly half the time as the first one. We will see.

very good product
Very good product & quick delivery. The only disappointment is that it does not have a separate, external pouch in which to store the 2 CushShins, like the one that I bought 40 years ago.

50 years of pain and suffering created by bad posture now completely gone with this product.
I've been trying to correct my posture for over 50 years to no avail, until I came across your Nadachair product. I've struggled ever since I was 10 years old trying to figure out what I needed to do to correct my head forward, rounded shoulders and lumbar issues. I remember the hours I spent in front of the mirror at my parents home looking at my back unsuccessfully discovering what I needed to do to fix my posture. By the time I finished college, I had even developed a Dowanger's hump on the base of my neck. Even worse, I've seen three differently chiropractors over the years to address the constant back muscle strain, which worsens throughout the day. All "adjusted" my spine, which did not help more than an hour or so. All were clueless about the real solution and were wasted of time and money. I'm also an allopathic physician, who graduated in 1986. Even my physical rehabilitation physician friends focused on the cervical spine - head forward as the key to solve the problem. Nothing they suggested worked. Even they have not been taught about the proper solution. It is amazing to me that the entire medical professional world has not been apprised that supporting the lumbar base is the key to solving thoracic and cervical strain issues caused by poor posture. After 50 years of suffering, my back is pain free, due to your Nadachair. I don't even have to wear the device much more than a few hours of the day either for the benefit to last all day long, as I now know how to sit properly even without active support from the Nadachair. After trying the Nadachair, I thought I'd try a less expensive like product as second unit from Amazon. Mistake. Those support bands were sewn on to the back pad and ripped at first use. On the other hand, the Nadachair is made to be extremely durable, with in this case the support bands not sewn, but instead completely integrated as a loop around through the entire back pad. I also had purchased many other typed of back improvement products (from Amazon and from Chiropractor's offices). All of those were ineffective. Bottom line: This Nadachair product has been a life changer for me. Huge.

Mixed opinion
I have mixed opinions on this product. Yes it makes one sit with the right posture, but the problem is the knees start to hurt and eventually the muscles start to hurt. I have one at home and other office and both have same issues. They are good to put in for 15-30 mins. When I do put in on I have other issues where my left leg gets burning sensation and it exaggerates the tingling. Already taken epidural injections to relieve my pain and this is not for people who have acute pain, but for sure your posture will be upright.
