Don't buy this brand! Smells like it's burning
First order had a bent top platen, I returned before using and they sent a replacement.1. Temperature runs higher than you set it for5 months later:2. SMELLS LIKE IT'S ON FIRE THE MOMENT I TURN IT ON!Invest your money in a more reputable brand.

Arrived defective UPDATE BELOW
The media could not be loaded. I sent this item back the very next day. They told me I had to wait 30 days for a refund. Today makes the 30 days. I've logged in and now it's updated and added an additional 5 days to wait. Mind you they received my item back within less than a week. DO NOT BUY THIS! Not unless you have $300 to tie up for 2 months.Arrived defective. Video explains all. Very disappointing. Needed for a certain day. Hired a friend to be here to lift it for me. All for nothing

Love it!
Super easy to use and is a great heat press. My only complaint would be that you can’t keep the press closed when it’s on, the timer will count down and then continuously beep until you open the press back up. This is a minor complaint on my end, but I love the press and how easy this makes things for large projects

Works great
Edit January (5 months after purchase) and the platen won’t stay down! Not even 6 months of use out of it!I use this for DTF and sublimation and it works great. Double check that the screws on your handle are tight before pressing because ours popped off mid press 😂I also wasn’t a fan of the red mat that comes with this press however I had an extra from my old press. The one that comes with this press is foam and I prefer a rubber base mat for the best pressure.

Some wear and tear. No 2nd handle.
Manufacturing process seems haphazard. The padding was ripped from what is clearly a shipping strap that was used on the machine, but was not there when I opened my unit, so either I got a used machine or they're not careful in the machine assembly. There's no second handle on the bottom. So this means that when you lift the top plate off, the recoil bounces the machine around. We have to reach under the machine and hold the feet with one hand, while opening with the other. But I will say that the pressure seems good and it heats evenly. Heats quickly but takes an hour to cool even though we unplugged it. Just holds heat well.

The media could not be loaded. Sorry company, does not stand behind their product. After 2 months it stoped turning on. Went back and forth with the manufacturer and got nothing but the run around.
