Kkika Hybrid Tube Amplifier Black HI-FI Stereo Amplifier 38W2 Vaccum Tube AMP Support Bluetooth/USB/CD/DVD

I bought this a year or so ago. Loved it! Sounded great. But now, an output channel has died. I have two stereo friends who know their stuff. They helped me examine this via phone, as they walked me through testing. I tested each speaker (New Klipschs), and tested the turn-table out-put against each in-put and out-put of my tube amp. There is a bad out-put from the amp. It gave my trouble a few weeks ago. (Only sound in one speaker, with a very low hum from the other. I switch all wiring, and the other speaker works, with the other having a low hum). I thought it may be the turn-table (which has build-in pre-amp), or the cartridge, but this is not the case. I will probably have to trash this unit. And will be spending much more for something quality. (Like I said, when it worked, it was wonderful).

This AMP is amazing for the price. Goes great with some nicer speakers or studio monitors. Cracked it open and the insides look pretty decent. Could have got 5 stars if they spent about $8 on slightly better knobs/buttons, better meters, real wood panels, and the metal cages around the tubes. The meters and all the knobs or buttons are all out of alignment and the back box n the back of the unit is not aligned with the sides. I noticed this in the marketing picture when ordering but thought that they just used a bad model as their example.For the value it is, I would buy this AMP any day of the week, and twice on Sundays, if I need another AMP. Since I am the only one that sees the AMP, these cosmetic cheap parts are not a big deal.

I got this unit from amazon after market. I hooked it up to my teac speakers. The right channel cutting in and out at speaker output terminals. I opened up the amp and found a bad solder connection. I resoldered the wires going to speaker terminals from circuit board . Then added a headphone jack to the amplifier. The vu meter blue led was annoying , so I disconnect it , and its much better.After all that, it sounds great. No hums, and the music is crisp and clear. Replaced the plastic top with a wood finish panel.Now back to listening to my old lp's I had since the 50'....I would gave it 5 stars , but for bad solder connection , and repairing it, i t got 4 stars.

This amp is fantastic, unbelievable for the price!Also, customer service is fantastic. Kkika is very fast to respond, and goes above and beyond to help you out. My big tubes stopped working, and kkika not only sent me replacements, but also a set of tools so I could remove the guard rails!

Good product but have problems with connectors.

Extremely disappointed...The amp died on the 95th day that I owned it. Manufacturers warranty was good for 90 days. Good thing I bought the extended warranty or I would have been completely out the money I spent. Never turned the amp loud because I live in an apartment. Also, the owners manual was nothing more than a flier. Look elsewhere....Also, see the manufacturers reply to my claim. It borders on hilarious...

I'm the one at fault for not verifying that this amp has a headphone jack.Purchased as a gift for my son who prefers headphones.Think about it. What is one of the most common ways USB and Bluetooth users listen to their music? Headphones / Ear buds? Headphones !Some may thump me for this, but I am deducting one star for not having this feature.I ended up returning amp.
