I was very happy with this product. Sound quality is great, very comfortable to wear over long periods. Encountered a small problem with the microphone a couple of days ago and contacted the company. Their customer service is first class. They responded to my email very quickly and offered to replace the item. A first class company who really care about their customers!

Has freed me from my laptop. I am now a man unchained. Makes everyday much better

I received these headphones at the end of December 2022, and I have been incredibly please with them. Clear sound, good connection, good roaming distance and good sound reduction. They are also comfortable given the amount of time I spend using them. I recently lost the USB dongle (my fault entirely) and contacted EarBay's Support team who were quick to reply and provide me with a replacement free of charge. I cannot speak highly enough about the product and the service.

Update:So after a month of use and I have two sets (one for home office and one for work) I am encountering major issues with the headsets.I am now encountering the same issues as others have with no one at the other end being able to hear me on both headsets. I have full sound but the mic doesn't connect properly. The only way of rectifying it is then to restart the computer and this is not great for someone in sales.They were good to start but I have now had to stop using them as they are so unreliable they make you look unprofessionalOriginal:Brought this for work use as we use teams for all out calling and I am fed up of spilling coffee over myself as I grab a wired headphone.This works OK and no issues with the sound or much qnd the wireless has never really been an issue. The problem I have is the need to power the headset up and pair each time you take it off the dock. You have to hold the power on button for 5 seconds and then it has to pair and normally that's fine but you are waiting for the connected to be heard through the headset. This may only take 7 ish seconds but when you are trying to answer a call and you have 30ish calls a day it can be very frustrating.Occasionally the pairing takes longer and you simply cannot then answer the call at all.It's a good headset and if you maybe use once a day I think it would work well. Any more and you will get frustrated with it

Great headset, comfortable to use all day. Only problem is my flipping Teams! It will not work with Teams even after the recent update. It will only work with Teams if i go in via the browser version however recently the browser has been glitching.So frustrating as they are a good set of headphones. No one else who is wireless in the company seems to have this issue. Such a shame!

Comfy, worked well. Until they didn’t after 9 months of regular Mon-Fri use

Excellent battery life, excellent quality, will be ordering more for the office.

The headset is very comfortable, on direct calls, the person at the other end could hear me clearly and I could also hear the person clearly. Noise cancellation is great.I had to contact the seller and the aftersale service is prompt and helpful in solving the issue I contacted them about.
