After a few years of service my Ryobi pressure washer stopped powering up. After doing more-than-necessary teardown I realized that the plug assembly/GFCI was the fault.Ryobi is pretty bad at stocking replacement parts and I wasn't able to find these specs locally. Fortunately an Amazon search brought up the Oaonan product and I ordered it.Installation was simple (assuming you know what you're doing with electrical devices. If you don't--hire a professional). The Oaonan GFCI plug has been working perfectly since install and I expect it to last for quite a while.

Easy-to-install replacement for the failed GFCI on my pressure washer cord. Not sure how waterproof it will be – the rubber around the cord where it enters the housing was very loose-fitting. But cheaper than buying a new pressure washer!

I needed a replacement plug for my very expensive hair dryer. I went with this one, 2 prong 15 amp. It's a little larger than the original one. Install was easy enough but I have some tips to make install easier. First make a clean cut of the power cord and then carefully cut away the power cord cover, just enough to get the length of power line you need to reach the 2 posts inside this breaker. Slip on the black rubber sleeve so u don't forget to put it on. Flat sided end toward the new breaker. Trim off enough of the wire cover to place under the wire lugs in the breaker. If you have too much just pull it out and clip a little off with wire cutters. Twist the trimmed wires together, individually making sure no stray wire is sticking out, this may cause a short if you don't do it. Place wire under and in-between the appropriate lug and tighten down. After the 2 wires are connected slide the rubber sleeve up your cord and place bottom half in housing before trying to put the metal wire clip in place. Tighten each screw on the clip a little at a time to evenly get the clip to hold the wire firmly in place. This clip is important, it keeps the wires from getting pulled out. Visually check all wires are in place with no stray strands sticking out anywhere, double check tightness and then put the cover on. Line it up and use your hand to squeeze and hold it together till you get the screws in place. Alternate the tightening of these screws till all are tight and housing is securely closed. Plug in to wall outlet and reset if needed. Red light on housing will be on when plugged in to power and all is good. Install is not hard but take your time, and do it right. Literally took me about 10 minutes to install this. Very happy with it and will update later if it fails. Black wire to the gold terminal and white wire to the silver terminal. Also when your done go back a few minutes later and double check tightness of screws, all of mine turned another half turn.

My power washer stopped working because the plug got water damaged. This plug was an exact replacement and was easy to install. Power washer works again.
