Seems to be working just fine. The only thing I have a problem with is the bracket which attaches to the pipe screws on fine, but the part which would angle the head downward or up, does not want to loosen at all, and I'm trying to turn it the way it says to in the instructions but instead it will only unscrew or screw (turn) on the pipe. Very stiff. Otherwise the shower head works well and I like that you hear and feel a distinct click for each setting. The "pause" is well designed to drip so as not to build up pressure on the components. I added a longer hose to enable us to wash the dogs in the tub (they are little) with more ease. Except for the stiffness in the nut controlling angle, I would give it a 5.

This head is the best I have ever had. Between the 7-8 hand helds I have used with any regularity, this wins hands down on every count.That said I must say the wand slides into the cradle on the mount at the bottom of the wand end rather than in the middle — so the water now falls at the far end of the tub not in the middle. And this is not something you can adjust or change. You just have to get used to it and learn from my mistake.So the first few times i turned it on, i got shot in the face so hard i nearly water boarded myself. I seriously choked but much is probably due to a great deal of laughing as I took it full force in the face and I did it more than once. It was most unexpected, and I had no idea the pressure on some of the head settings. Great pressure! So be warned that you must pause a sec and pay attention the first few times you turn it on. I am still laughing.It is a really great item!

Looked good when viewed. 25 minutes after receiving I am sending back. the problem is head does not slide down into holder, only nut. When you turn of the water the head jumps out of the rack. head will not stay in holder. Write up sounds good, looks good but just do not workDan SandersonArlington, Texas

It functions... it's a shower head. However, it doesn't pivot enough, so it will only spray way into the back of my shower. I'm not able to move the stream closer to the drain, but pointing it down. This might not seem like much of an issue, but I like to avoid being completely sprayed when I need to shave or actually add shampoo to my hair. Right now, I angle it into the wall, which causes a ton of random spraying, and water to spray outside my shower.

I bought two of these for both bathrooms in the apartment I just rented. I have a young daughter, so bathing/showering her is much easier with a removable shower head. The bonus of the antimicrobial/anti-clog nozzles really helped me decide between this and other products.The installation was incredibly simple, and they are perfect for what my family needs. The water pressure is perfect - MUCH better than the previous shower heads. And I love that I can turn it "off" so I don't have to waste water while shaving my legs.I will have to go get longer hoses, but that's only because the apartment's shower heads are incredibly high.

When I received it, it appeared to be good quality for the price. It wasn't long and I noticed water coming out around the nozzle edges as if a washer wore out. It has an adjustable spray and it appears from multiple adjustments, a washer may have worn out causing the leak. I could not find anyway to take it apart to see if it could be fixed. I finally decided it was manufactured to be a throw away item and require you to buy another. I did buy another but it was not this one!

This hand-held shower head does not provide a steady powerful stream. It's a pulse stream. Then the other setting that supposedly delivers a power spray is like a high pressure mist that stings when it hits my skin. It's not a lasting sting, but definitely not pleasant. The light spray setting is nice. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I absolutely loved this shower head but unfortunately couldn’t keep it because the shower head isn’t angled therefore the water would only hit the back wall of the shower which was a major disappointment. If the designers would have thought about most of the population not being as tall as basketball players, they would have thought of others and gave it an angle to be used by everyone. I really wanted to keep this but it wasn’t a logical decision to do so.
