This ice pack exceeded my expectations. I just recently had a total knee replacement and was struggling with finding the right ice pack. This one is about 17”x10” and provides complete coverage. It’s heavy and durable and has straps so that it wraps around and can be held in place. I wish I had had this the day after surgery. Fabulous product and the price was reasonable. I get about 30-40 minutes with each use. Pop it back in the freezer for an hour and it’s ready to go again. Great product.

Terrific product. I ordered a twin pack of these and also an ice machine for use after my knee replacement. I also had other ice packs in the freezer so I had choices and always had something ready to use. These beat all the others. Got cold fast. Wrapped around my knee solidly. Lasted a good 30 minutes each time I used it. Quality product!

My purchase arrived very quickly. I ordered the Blue color. It is made of sturdy materials and is free of defects and loose stitching. Once removed from the freezer, its COLD and remains so well past 30 minutes. It is not light weight if that is an issue. I've used it extensively following a full knee replacement. It fits very well for knee injuries or sore knees after running. My only complaint is that it doesn't get as cold as I would like and loses the temp pretty quickly. Have used it several times though and is a good addition for recovery.

Very comforting. Conforms to knee of any size and easy to apply. Soft material next to the skin. You can easily move, even get up to walk without the ice pack slipping down or moving. Straps are long enough to fit comfortably.

Liked it so much, I bought a second one. That way I can rotate them after surgery. The ice bag is really a good large size. The Velcro wraps around well

This stays on very secure and gives an hour of cold therapy very comfortably. I use it over sweatpants and it does a very effective job. Especially how well is stays in place.

I really wanted this product to work & it almost did. My needs were to be able to wear it during work at my desk, as a car passenger, or after physical therapy for my total knee replacement, not just sitting/laying down without moving at all. When fully frozen it kept cool for at least 20-30 minutes as is stated in description. A definite plus. It does not cool as well, or enough, over clothes though, which was a primary need. The soft side was nice against skin when I tried it in shorts, the vinyl side, which is cooler, requires you to have something between the pack & your skin to prevent ice burn. I needed the pack to cool the areas around the kneecap & top sides for pain and swelling relief while in pants. It did get colder on the back of the knee & back sides where the straps attach & the pack wraps where there is more gel. My need is on the front areas & the gel is thinner in those areas of the wrap, so I didn't get relief like I hoped. When fully frozen it was not as flexible or moldable as I'd hoped either. It looked more formed on the model. I was not able to get it tight enough to help it stay up when I would need to shift my leg around in my office chair, as I cannot keep my knee in one position too long right now. Product does state that it’s not meant for excessive movement, I didn't realize sitting would be as much of an issue with only leg movement, not walking. The Velcro & straps were secure & the product itself was as described & appears of quality materials. For someone without surgical pain and swelling, I think this product would work well. It was relatively easy to put on, it did hold the cool for the time stated, came with a protective baggie to freeze it in. Instructions were clearly marked on package and on product with freezing time and any warnings, like protecting your skin. I had bought the two-pack in case it worked, so I could swap them out as needed, giving them time to freeze the optimum length of time between uses. Unfortunately, they won’t work for my needs, so I am returning them. I would recommend them to someone who just wants to ice after leg day or someone who has ACL/MCL issues as this is where the gel seemed to concentrate for me.
