Excellent chorizos ... Have tried many brands and they were a total waist of money ... They are the closest I have found to Spain qualify chorizo.

Tough to chew as an appetizer. Too oily when added to dishes.

The Real Deal: pork, paprika, salt and garlic! That’s all it needs, that’s all it has!

I used them to bake traditional Spanish dishes like Caldo Gallego (Montanez) and Paella From my Moms recipes.
