Good for health.
My wife uses it every day and loves it. It is a little heavy for her compared to steel pan but you feel the quality and sturdiness every time you hold it. I found that food became more tasty since we started using it. It is value for money.

Doesn't feel like cast iron at all
Worst cast iron item i have come across. Feels like black color painted on aluminum. Never ever buying an indus valley item again.

Heavy metal
The metal used in these pans and pots is the heavy hard sort that really helps improve the cooking.9/10 would reccomend.

Useful Product
Very nice and quality product. Matterial quality is also very good. Paking is very nice. If you follow instructions then you will not face any problem with this product.

Finish is not good. And some black powder like residue comes off
The media could not be loaded. The finish is not good. The kadai is dented. The handle of the pan also is dented. Not quite happy with it. Don't know why there's a black powder like residue coming off from it.
