I'm pretty sure you could but I don't think there's enough power in a cordless tool to drive the shaft to a workable speed. The Chant Power is an excellent hand held tool but if you apply too much pressure (which is NOT necessary) in sanding, grinding, etc., the tool will stop. Hope this helps.

Is this powerful enough to cut through pvc piping and can it take dremel ezspindle accessories ?

Will this cut through screws/bolts?

Depends what size- generally the cutting discs are thin and can shatter- but can cut easily if not too thick. Easily coped with 3mm carbon fibre though.
