It arrived quickly and the actual replacement took a couple minutes. I spent more time creating a plastic protector to keep out the rain than I did with installation. Works perfectly and the dog is happy that she can go for rides again.

I had been dealing with the window lock button not working for years, however, when I rolled all the windows down one day and only 3 of them would go back up, I knew it was time to replace the switch. My wife works at a dealership and I normally get OEM parts, but when I priced the OEM at $150, I decided, to give after market a try. I looked at switches ranging from $21 to $50. I read several reviews on all of them as I am sure you are doing now. So here is the scoop:The switch arrived, it took me maybe 10 minutes to install, and it works great. Received in one day, in a padded envelope, inside the envelope the switch was in a box and protected. Install was a perfect fit, used all original screws and did not have to modify in any way. The switch is slightly different in feel when pressing the buttons, but not in a negative or positive way, just different.Now I do recommend if you are replacing this switch that you, A) Either order a bezel too, or B) Take the entire door panel off, so you don't break the tabs on the bezel. I had replaced my bezel a few months ago, so I already was prepared to deal with the tabs. This is the one I ordered and it also was perfect match. This item was quickly delivered in perfect condition and worked perfectly as well. I was very pleased.

Driver’s window would not respond and replacing this controller fixed the problem.-2003 Dodge Durango.

Had a window that wouldn't go back up. Dealership quoted close to $240 for switch. Found this one on Amazon for $200 less and lifetime warranty. Got it two days later and it works perfect. Excellent quality and looks better than my original as I never had the lighted switches before.
