This classic hummus is very easy to prepare. Pour some water , mix and its done. Top it with the oil given with the packet. Best for students and working professionals who dont have enough time to spare for cooking.Its creamy with a nice rich flavor. It has melt-in-your-mouth consistency just like that of mayo. I paired it with Lavash sticks.

My 2 pack came with 2 mini olive oil flasks with a cork stopper. Cork probably wasn't the best idea. One was bone dry - completely leaked out and the other I think may have leaked a bit.This company also seems unable to do math.Each package contains 50 grams of product and is 600 calories: Total Fat: 40g (360 calories) Total Carbs: 50g (200 calories) Total Protein: 15g (60 calories) Sodium: .9gSo if they had packaged the 105.9 grams (instead of 50) that the nutrition label listed, it would have ~ the 600 calories advertised....But there's definitely not 105.9 g of hummus in the 50g package.Bottom line - The nutrition label is totally off

This is such a great idea. It's a good powder to have in your cupboard for when you need instant hummus. I'm not sure if it would replace ready made hummus for me as this texture is smoother than I personally like. The flavour is nice, again mild for my taste. I added a bit of lemon and garlic powder to make it stronger. However it is more than edible. You only have to add 100ml of water and mix. There is also a small olive oil vial included. Each sachet makes enough hummus for a few people to share.
