Spark Plug truly sucks. My first pic is edits I've made.
Spark plug section↓↓↓↓↓↓Dis likes, personally I think it needs slightly bigger mounting bolts. But it may also bey paint bubbling.I noticed it came with a 6 tooth drive sprocket. There was a bit to much tension for the chain to turn for my liking but that's why I also purchased a goofit 7 tooth clutch sprocket.Lastly the spark plug. Dudes and dudettes. This spark plug is lower than great value. It ran only once before never working again. I went and did size comparison of spark plugs (these have no identification numbers "extremely Chinese") advanced auto ain't know what it was, orileys wasn't any help, and finally napa. Good man at Napa pulled like 8 of these things out and NGK 4549 CR7HSA was the magic one. Go replace it if you have starting issues but are sure you have air and gas. But yeah I'll come back in a few months when I put some hours on this guy.Good motor..knocked me off the pocket bike when I was sitting back a bit. My butt hurts right not but don't be like me. Get one and be like you. After 3-4 hours it obtained a knock. Ride it till it dies then

Motor Mount broke after install
After waiting for my daughters mini bike parts to arrive. We were finally ready to install the motor. Impress with visual quality but after install immediately broke. (Shocked and disappointed) The motor mount broke directly off the umotor. Now I have a huge hole. Wasted my time and money.

Halfway ok engine.
I am a certified professional powersport technician and tore this motor apart before I ever ran it and thank God I did. I do believe the kit is worth the money but it is certainly not a big bore. Here is a list of things I found. 1st the clutch bell had a spot in its revolution where it was binding and found issues with the clutch. Primarily the clutch shoes had a lot of material falling off of them and it was jamming the bell. 2nd the pull start is an "easy pull" with spring assist but the spring is not stiff enough for the engine. 3rd, every single bolt had loctite which is a plus. 4th the piston covers about 1/4 the exhaust port when at bottom dead so I assume the "big bore" is a result of the crank and a taller cylinder. 5th the crank is a full circle, aka "stuffer crank" which again is a plus. 6th the piston features ports in it which unfortunately serve absolutely 0 purpose because it is a case reed motor and at no point in time will the piston ports ever assist in the transfer of air/fuel and I verified this with 1/2 case, piston and crank. This also posses issues to crankshaft balancing because the crank has more material and the piston has less material so the crank will be way out of balance and will have excessive vibration. 7th the top of the cylinder, the ports, the crank and the piston have awful burs which will will create hot spots and can fall into the combustion chamber and crank case. 8th I did find the bottom piston ring was broken which would have caused catastrophic failure. 9th I found that every single gasket broke upon disassembly and removal and luckily I order a gasket kit when I ordered the engine. 10th the carburetor is a flat slide carb which is a plus. 11th the reeds are steel reeds rather than fiberglass or carbon fiber. All in all you get what you pay for. It's not bad for the price and will likely sufice for most but it has many problems which completly take away from the performance of it and it is more of a stroker 49cc than a big bore 52cc.To account for certain things I found, I will be installing a different piston to hopefully bring crank closer to balanced, champhering the cylinder ports and possible re porting the engine after break in.

I've had for 2 months
This little engine seriously books it! My ONLY few complaints was that I broke the first carburetor because I believe I had tightened it to much. It broke maybe after 5 good 20 min uses out of it. I bought another replacement carburetor, identical and no issues :) many many uses later! The pull start will start to fray and has broken the string. EXTREMELY EASY FIX WITH NYLON ROPE.. I FIXED MINE AND WORKS JUST FINE. Im 6'2 230 lbs and this motor gets me to probably 30 mph. It sure feels like it! I would purchase this motor again but I do feel that it should be around the $80 or $90 range in price.Notes:Make sure all bolts are tight before use!Make sure your spark plug is working! Make sure that the electrode is not touching the tip. (This happened with this motor after many uses, honestly not sure why that happened.)Takes 2 stroke 25:1 ratio fuel. I use 91 octane (premium) gas and 2 stroke oil mix. Works fabulously!

Wirks as it should.
Good value for your money. I put this on my boys dirt bike. We only have around 20 hours on it. I did have to change spark plugs but thats because it runs 25:1 so i expected it foul them out. I got an hour meter on it so I'll let you know how long the engine actually lasts. I had to mess with the carburetor a little bit since the only way to shut the choke off is to give it throttle Once you turn the choke on. But a little adjusting with it and it works as it should to. Also make sure the carburetors not too tight. first wreck and the carburetor broke off and I had to buy a replacement but it's been good since I didn't torque the bolt down that holds the carb on too tight

Fantastic for the price!
The media could not be loaded. It was super easy to put together and bolt onto my mini bike frame! I was breaking in the engine today and it’s a pretty strong engine! I was definitely impressed for the price. My little bike hit about 30mph. It’s perfect for a cheap build that is still exciting. I definitely recommend this kit.

Needs aluminum carburetor bowl instead of a plastic one because they break
Good powerful little motor I was very impressed I'm 230 lb and I put it on a little scooter and I can get it to do 32 miles an hour so it's that's ripping pretty good I'm pleased with it only one thing is I need to find out where to get a replacement carburetor bowl cuz mine cracked my recoil handle broke and it swung out of my hand and hit the bowl and broke it I'd like to get aluminum one if anybody knows where to get one please let me know
