It seems fine but I would question if it was intended as a portable cat box or a large dog water dish. It has a dog bone design on the front of it? It appears a bit small for a large cat to use but for a small to medium size cat it will work. I am unsure however, what will happen if they put their claws through it only time will tell. I got it for use with a kitten who is growing quickly. I got the soft box so I could fit it in an unusual space since it was flexible. It will allow some flexibility for its containment.

I bought this foldable cat litter box in 2018 for our one year sabbatical in Costa Rica with our cat. My partner was a bit skeptical about the use that we would give it. I cannot recommend it enough! It is two years down the line and the box is still in pristine condition. And we use it ALL the time. It is sturdy and easy to clean. When the sand is in, one can also transport it by lifting the whole box by the handles. It somehow folds easily, keeping the sand inside. So, no need to empty it completely every time that one is on the move.When it is time to go back home, the box folds easily in the size of a couple of warm socks.Really, one of the best products that I have ever bought for our cat over the years (and she is 11 now).

This travel litter box is simply amazing. I bought it to use for a week while we were moving to the other side of the country. My cat had no problems using it. It is foldable but still firm enough. Size is medium-large, works for big cats too. It comes with a little bag to store it. After use, you can easily wash it.Strongly recommended.

Definitely water/liquid proof. sides end up kind of floppy b/c when you pack it you fold it all up. My cats are small so this worked fine on our weekend trip. Would recommend for people who travel with their cats.

We bought this folding litter box for our cross country move. Made it very easy to get our kitties set up at each stop along our route. It folds down to a very convient size, great for trying to save space in a packed car!I definitely recommend it.

Worked ok but cat still got little out of box and all over.

The walls wouldn’t stay up, we might as well just use a trash bag.

Honestly terrible, it kept collapsing on itself making it very difficult for my cat to go potty. And when he did manage to go #2 in it, it could colapse on top of the poop. Not to mention the random dog bone on the side, like wtf if it’s a product for cats, why is there a dog bone on it?!
