I purchased these beautiful bracelets from Amazon, if I remember correctly it supposedly (helps you lose weight, ) but I find that hard to believe, *not sure if it's because of my thyroid or what- but I have a hard time losing weight, but I Definitely did Not buy them for that reason, & I didn't have them long enough to even know if that is Really True, which I personally doubt it, 😁😂........but.....I just love bracelets, ❤️ that was my reason for the purchase,I thought they were very beautifully made, I wear them every day, and watch a baby, & she pulls on them at times, and they DO NOT BREAK!!!!!! 😁👍which is shocking 😳.....I am happy with my purchase, I would recommend them, I love ❤️ the purple 💜 and blue color, and they are kind of ✨️ sparkly.....it comes 💙 with 3, my order did anyways......

Pretty, not sure if they do anything….
These bracelets are just as pictured. They are comfortable and stretchy. I’m not noticing anything different or groundbreaking while wearing them but maybe they are doing something and I don’t realize it yet. I bought them for pain relief and weight loss. Although my pain is in my left knee and hip and I can’t where are these around my left ankle yet because I’m still losing weight and need it to be a little bit smaller for the bracelets to fit comfortably. So right now I am wearing them on my right wrist where I don’t really have any pain so if they are doing anything for pain there I wouldn’t know. I have been doing keto for a while now so my appetite has already been more suppressed because Leto will do that but I do notice that I don’t feel hungry all the time while wearing these. Still overall I’m not disappointed in buying these. They are pretty if nothing else.

Too large for my small wrists, almost drop off when my arm is extendeddownward.

Cheap and Breaks easily
I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. The package came with 3 bracelets. 1 broke while taking it off and one broke just wearing it. The string they use is very breakable and I wouldn't waste your money on these.
