The delivery was quick and the computer was so easy to set up. There weren't any unwanted programs installed, which I appreciated. There was no noise whatsoever on startup, the wifi connected effortlessly and the speed with which it loads beats my newer computer. It came with a wireless keyboard and mouse but I used what I had on the computer this replaced. It looks like a brand new computer and I am very pleased with my purchase.

No issues, no dropping out like some complained about.

I picked up this unit to replace an ancient HP all in one desktop. I wanted something that would be fast, a lot of RAM and run my Lightroom software flawlessly. After a small delivery problem, I got the cpu, set it up, connected it to a 43" Hisense UHD TV and after setting up windows and the software - it's all good to go. Works very well and I bought the extended warranty just to be sure that it'll run for awhile.The included keyboard is very basic but serves all my needs and I'm pleased with the purchase of this refurbished Dell, hi-speed, high RAM, large hard drive and easy set up. Well worth the $200 price tag!

I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn't install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn't allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon's customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It's a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That's why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

the pc is great for the price but the sound is very bad. mabey you need a special driver , but there is no assistance

I bought two of these to replace some old PC's in our home office and couldn't be more impressed so far. They arrived pretty quickly and were well packaged. After the equipment swap they booted up quickly and were very easy to setup. The included wireless keyboard and mouse are low grade, but they do work and my partner says they're fine. I'm not using the Wifi as I prefer ethernet hard lines for max speed so I really can't report on that part, but I'm sure they work fine.

So far I am quite satisfied with this item. This is my first "Amazon Renewed" purchase, or refurbished device of any type.The first boot-up and configuring of the installed Windows-10 went smoothly. I am not sure if this i7-6700 based system can ever be upgraded to Windows-11, but no worries; with Windows-10, 32 GB of RAM, a 1-TB SSD and a 2-TB HDD, I am now able to run the latest version of my 3D-CAD and video editing programs, and just about anything else I can think of. I'm presently not into gaming, but there are plenty of graphics cards available if the integrated graphics chipset was not sufficient for some high-end games.This PC came with a new wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse was the only thing I had a minor issue with. When pressing the left mouse button I could sometimes feel a physical interference with the right button. On close inspection I could see the ends of both button surfaces (between the buttons) not been sufficiently trimmed of casting flash. This was easily corrected with a razor knife, and now both mouse buttons press smoothly with no interference.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate recommending STG for anyone looking for a great deal on a powerful general purpose PC.
