For This Product and Price, It's Well Worth The Investment - 10 Times Over!
Having a house full of knee braces of all sizes and materials, this RiptGear Knee Sleeve is spot on. I was kind of skeptical as to the support and pain relieve it would provide - since I have a pretty decent case of Osteoarthritis (OA), and having to take pills for the pain, ointments to rub on my knee and shots taken over several times a year, this is the best remedy so far and to date. It took a day to get use to, with the slight rolling behind the knee but once re-adjust the sleeve - all is well again. Going up stairs was a killer, and going down stairs was even worst at times on my knee cap. Yet the sleeve holds my knee in place and support my leg as I go up and down the stairs. so this is a good investment. To others, check the size chart, but I selected a large - do to many of the other braces were the same size. But this is a great and painless investment on my part.

he says the support feels as good/if not better than his hinged knee brace
My son tore is ACL, MCL, both meniscus and dislocated knee cap back in Oct. 2017, and finally surgery in Jan. 2018 after months of PT before and after. He still goes to PT 2x week, and uses the hinged knee brace, as he builds strength and graft heals. I bought him this brace to help with some nagging swelling spots (despite elevation, icing with compression machine I purchased 2-4x per day), but some swelling just wouldn't go away in certain spots. My son LOVESSSSS this knee sleeve/brace...his swelling is going down...he says the support feels as good/if not better than his hinged knee brace, and is comfy...not too hot or makes knee sweaty...and non restrictive. So we are verrrry happy with this sleeve/brace, and can't wait to show his orthopedic surgeon how well it's helping with his swelling.

Great Company, Great Product
When I first placed my order, I ordered the wrong size somehow, (medium). I emailed the company, they responded back promptly and told me they would refund my money, and for me to place another order for the right size (large). Then when I receive my orders, try on both sizes and send the size that don't fit back. My money was back in my account that day, and I am sending the wrong size back. They were very helpful in making sure I had the size I needed. The braces fits well, has helped my osteoarthritis pain in my knees, and my swelling has gone down a lot. This is a great product and I would recommend it highly.

Knee support
I was a runner and very athletic. Had meniscus surgery a few years ago, and even though knee problems flare up occasionally I want to avoid more surgery. I probably have every knee sleeve known to man, but this is the One! Great lateral support and helps reduce swelling. Highly recommended.

Well made, some compression; should be more specific about the sizing
I'm on my feet on concrete 40 hours a week or more, and I do some running, and I get knee pain that compresion relieves to a pretty good degree. I think that these would probably give good compression if I had gotten one size smaller. As it is, I can feel some compression, just not to the degree that I would like.I think the problem in sizing is that it says to measure 4" above the knee... well the knee is a few inches long itself; so where's your starting point? This question was asked in the Q&A, and there's no definitive answer. Someone said measure from the middle of the knee; someone else said measure from the top of the knee. Well I measured 4" above the top of my knee, which put me on the borderline between medium and small. I chose medium, which was the wrong choice. So in summary, if you're between sizes and prefer more compression - go with the smaller size. But this is definitely a well-made item, and I'll probably be ordering their compression socks because this seems to be a good company.(BTW, the manufacturer does include a "how do you like your purchase?" type card with an address to comment to, but I lost the card, so I haven't contacted the manufacturer.)

VERY COMFORTABLE & IT WORKS !
I have had increased knee pain from baseline arthritis and recent over-use. I tried an over-the-counter knee support with the velcro straps that "customize" the fit. It was hot, bulky and "rolled" out of place with activity. This RiptGear compression sleeve is a whole different experience ..... it is very comfortable, light and flexible and never gets hot. Easy to put on and remove. It stays in place and reduces the pain by 75% or more. I am a nurse and in constant motion .... I have worn it for 12+ hours at a time without any problem and a great deal of benefit. It has increased my daily endurance for activity. I hIghly recommend this product.

I highly recommend this compression knee sleeve
This compression knee sleeve is working very well for me. I have patella tracking and patella tendon pain. Another knee brace recently used was the 3D compression with two straps that wrap around and velcro to the top of the brace on the thigh. Unfortunately, the brace is being torn up by the velcro and it will not stay up above my knee. This brace stays up above the knee. It has gripping rubber on the inside of the sleeve to keep it from working its way down during workouts. I use it during my runs/jogs, cardio, and weightlifting. It also gives the proper amount of compression for my issues. I highly recommend this compression knee sleeve.

Great support
Excellent for. Doesn't slip down during use like most other brands. Fabric breaths well and is light weight.
