Ok, to clarify for starters. I am a pasta fanatic. I love pasta and I live for it. Sadly with that love came with the price of extreme weight gain. This made me upset of course, and I was looking for alternatives.Miracle noodles? Sure theyre 0 calories but...BLEGH! THE TASTE IS HORRIBLE.But this. This delicious product balances flavor AND health. Its the perfect middle ground. I was able to make the same portion of pasta id usually make before but with even more benefits such as low calories and a healthy serving of fiber.This truly is the best product and nothing could replace that.

This low-carb pasta actually tastes just standard white-flour pasta! It’s a phenomenal product, I bought two boxes and now I’m buying 8 more, it’s opened up so many of my favorite pasta dishes to me again while keeping on my low-carb diet. It’s worth every penny :)

EXCELLENT TASTE AND GREAT FIBER.

While trying to lose weight one of the things I missed the most was my pasta. Fiber gourmet tastes like any other pasta, especially once you put your sauce on it. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this pasta. Watching carbs and this was still a little more then I wanted for net carbs. But I just eat a little less. But it tastes just like the high carb pasta. My Husband who does not like anything diet or light, low carb etc. But he couldn't tell the difference and I love the fact he will eat it and it will be healthier for all of us. I checked the company website and it is $5.00 a box. Vs. $9.00 box like here. You do have to spend $50 for free shipping. But lots of choices. So glad we tried this.

They tasted like elbows with the expected texture. They are a bit smaller in size. They allow me to have pasta and stay true to my diet plan. I will order again. I have tried several other lower carb options that I didn’t like. I have only tried the elbows but will be trying some of the other options.

This noodle is as close to tasting like store-bought noodles as I can find. Tastes good and cooks up nice and the bonuses it's lower in calories and carbs. Fair amount of fiber also.

Delicious and does not raise sugar
