love these things! And they are very affordable. Sometimes at night I have such pain in my lower back from post C-section that it's hard for me to get comfortable. The heating pad doesn't work because you have to shift around while you sleep and you can't really wake up and move it around but this thermacare stay in place. I get the extra large and I can wear it like a belt around my back, hips and sleep comfortably and it works the entire night! I love these instant heat patches. No Menthol, no smell. The second you open up it activates it and it starts getting hot and you just stick it on your back or wherever you need it. There's a sticking on each side and it literally stays on you. It does not come off. And it is good for 12 hours and it is such A relief especially when you're Post c section back pain. I used every time when my back feels stiff and tense before I start my period. I wish this was much affordable other than this is excellent product. It’s compact and easy for traveling. Quality is excellent. Highly recommended !

My elderly father uses these for his sore back and hip. The heat helps the muscles relax and hurt less. Because of his age, most heat patches have to be applied to his clothes and not his skin. To treat his back, that means most patches have to be stuck on the back of his shirt or pants. These patches have bands that wrap around the waist so he can easily put them on and take them off by himself. He does not have to worry about sticking them to the correct spot, they can be adjusted side to side by sliding them one way or the other. They don't smell and have not ever fallen off. He is a size 34 waist and they fit well. The heated area is large and covers most of his back. So far all of the patches in the five boxes have worked without any duds.

Use this for a bad back. Pain relieved for HOURS. Adhesive is fine, fits well and comfy. Great product and well worth the money.

Bought these when I tweaked my back bowling last year. The amount of heat provided and duration it stays hot worked really well for my injury. I did run into some issues as I am more heavy-set, and had to do some fiddling to get the straps to stay together comfortably for me to use. I'd highly recommend reading the size details beforehand to see if these can fit on you.

These back wraps are great for avoiding or treating lower back pain. The Velcro is strong enough to hold the wrap in place and the wrap is soft and comfortable to wear under clothing. It’s not bulky or scratchy. Also great to wear in colder climates when doing outdoor activities to help keep you warm.

I find these are helpful for sore aching muscles. Using them frequently until scheduled surgery

The back hurt some days, and it isn't always feasible to sit in a chair with a big heating pad, on those days when I have to zip around or run errands all day, I use one of these and it lasts all day and isn't bulky. A little pricy but a nice splurge.
