It was very brown in real life and not so glitz and glam like in the picture

This is not what I expected. Being somewhat new to Amazon I ordered my lamps early as I was redoing the living room. By the time I was ready to place the lamps my return window was up. One lamp socket is completely unattached cannot even place lamp shade on this lamp. The other one lampshade is crooked and also loose and sloppy. I think Amazon should reconsider letting me return these I am so dissappointted I am using my old lamps now. Who feels safe using a lamp that the socket is not secure. Also seeing a lopsided shade on one lamp and no shade on the other lamp not what I expected for lamps this expensive. I will be posting videos soon.

Lamp base is absolutely beautiful. Goes really well with the other taupe colors in my bedroom decor. I would otherwise rate as a 5 except for 2 things - lamp shades quality does not match the base. They are poorly constructed and I will replace them. Also switch is not a 3 way (not that it was advertised that way, but it would have been my preference).

Meticulously packaged! Beautiful. Sturdy. Bright light. It is came with a bulb!

These were better than I expected. They’re so beautiful in my bedroom that I’m thinking about ordering another set for my family room. They’re very sturdy and really brightens up the room.
