Yes they make sure it is how you want it and the mat is fine. It's durable and soft. It has a memory foam thin layer which will need to expand when you get it. Shipping is slow but it comes from very far and must clear customs. Mine cleared in one day. Just get it and plan to receive it in like 3 weeks. It's a good custom mat.

From the reviews I read I was half expecting that It would not come out very nice. Thankfully I was wrong. Well made, looks fantastic, and super soft to walk on. Love it and will be ordering more in the future yo!

Wow. What an incredibly disappointing experience this was. Yes, I know this wasn't an expensive product/service but based on the reviews I was expecting at least a half way decent print on a solid black rug. Nope. First - the way they package this was to fold it several times - which caused the creases to be worn down to white (and blue for some reason); and it stunk when we opened it. Our logo is white and even the white had this weird discoloration in black shapes - like a milky light brown color. Complete waste of money. Terribly executed. Do not in any way recommend this product/service.

Got this made for my husband of our dog that passed.Really soft, clear picture, only thing that could improve is the thickness of the rug. For 100$ it could be a little nicer.

It seems they dyed the rug black but it had a lot of white lines and imperfections on rug itself the print was great rug was cheap quality I bought for my store and couldn’t use it every time you step on it it leaves your foot print and white lines how ever the seller was attentive and fast in response and refunded my money without a hassle

I can’t lie after I placed the order I was going to cancel because I didn’t think the quality would be good for the price, I must admit I’m glad I didn’t cancel and the quality is better than I expected. The rug is soft and feels good on the feet. I’m very impressed.

I ordered this, it arrived fast and the quality is excellent. I have nothing to complain about, I will order another custom for sure.

Overall I'm very impressed with the resolution and how vibrant the colours are! The rug itself is a bit thin but if you add some under padding, it's great and very soft. Very pleased with the result. Not giving a full five star rating because I'm not sure how it will age. I'll try to remember to update my review in 6-12 months and advise how it's aged.
