Wow! My 3 year old son is obsessed with The Very Hungry caterpillar so I thought I'd be a cool Dad and get him this. I figured it would be a good little toy caterpillar that turns into a butterfly. I was wrong. Its not good it's so awesome!!! The caterpillar is so soft and the butterfly is so beautiful. My son is so happy. If you have a kid you know the amount of magic you feel in your heart when a toddler yells about one piece of chocolate cake, one ice cream cone, one pickle, one slice of swiss cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one pice of cherry pie, one sausage, one cupcake, and one. Slice. Of. Watermelon.

Ordered this because my little one LOVES the hungry catipiller. I was so shocked by the quality. So soft and well made! Worth it!

I think this is very cute, but a little bit complicated especially for a child. It’s very colorful and the concept is cool maybe a little bit easier for a three-year-old or four-year-old rather than a two year old. However, it was well received.

When you flip it to the butterfly, it's very lumpy and impossible to flip it in a way that doesn't have parts empty of stuffing and then a huge bulge for the head.

Beautiful colors, amazing quality and softness

This is adorable. My only issue is it is very hard to turn it from a caterpillar to a butterfly for an adult never mind a child. Also one of the wings was blank and all the others including the pictures of it had embroidereddetails on each wing.

Hungry Caterpillar is one of our all time fave books, and I’m reading it and some other caterpillar/butterfly transformation books to my sons PreK class and got these for visual companions… but my 5 and 7yo love so much just to play with at home! Well made and arrived on time. Thank you!! :)

Esta bien hecho aunque a pesar de la lavada, los primeros días soltaba algo de pelusa que molestaba a mi hijo, pero fuera de eso, está padrísima. Tiene buen tamaño y a pesar de que se hace mariposa al vaciar la tela adentro del cierre, la opción de la oruga es la favorita.Se lava bien en la opción delicados de la lavadora y seco al sol, sigue perfecto!

This is actually so much cuter in real life then in photos!Little boy loves it!

Soooooo cool, I thought this would be pull the wings out and the same body is used but no, unzip the caterpillar and turn him through and push the caterpillar bits into the wings and zip it up and you have a whole butterfly with its own body and head and big wings. Just like the book and an excellent present for a Very Hungry Caterpillar fan who has more years than it is perhaps best to mention!!!

It very nice quality and cute, the only trouble is, it's very stiff and fiddly to change it into a butterfly and back, there is no way a child could do it and when you have an impatient 16 month old demanding you do it in seconds...... sad times lol.

Bought for my Daughter for Christmas, so not played with yet but looks really lovely, I'm sure my daughtery will love it. Very quick delivery too!
