It is an authentic gourmet mole. The description of the mole matches with what was received. It is wonderful that it is powdered because it doesn't require refrigeration. The presentation is amazing and the instructions are very clear.I loved that doesn't contains added sugar, gluten or added fat. I made some chicken tacos in mole corn tortillas and the flavor was exceptional.There is an exquisite balance between sweetness and spicy flavors. The texture and the way it thickens after hydrating it is surprising.I have bought other moles, but they really shouldn't be called moles because of the type of ingredients they contain, especially moles that come already prepared. I have also previously bought moles in pasta but they contain added sugar and fat that causes me heartburn.I will buy it again and I highly recommend it!

Mole sauce is complicated to make, and you won’t find better than this!It goes a long way too!!

I highly recommend this mole sauce. It is so easy to prepare and tastes way better than the ones I've had in restaurants. The package yields about 2 cups of sauce, but according to the instructions you can add more liquid. I prefer a slightly thicker consistency so two cups was enough. I used water instead of broth to mix the sauce, and it came out perfect. This sauce has a slightly bitter taste as other reviewers mentioned, but I couldn't tell after it was baked in the enchilada casserole. I'm getting another package!

I’m a fine dining yacht chef & Mayanshul Mole is my fav! Other similar mole’s can be grainy, not this one! Great quality superfood ingredients & fantastic end product! Delicious & consistent every time!

Very easy to work with and makes a perfect mole.

I try to eat healthy and find alternatives to higher calorie sauces. This mole is extremely low calorie and carbohydrates, yet is delicious! I just mix it with water and heat (stock can be used also), then store in the fridge. A couple of spoonfuls on my protein and cauliflower rice makes me feel like I’m having a gourmet meal!

I bought this to use with turkey at Thanksgiving. Most pleasantly surprised! Just a hint of sweetness, it's fantastic. I made the Oaxacan amd have the Negro to look forward to

As a Mexican living in the US I always look for traditional food easy to prepare and this product is exactly what I was looking for, Mole with rich flavor, easy to prepare but also what was a plus, was to find that ingredients are healthier less fat, less calories and super foods included.Flavor is great, and if you are a real mole lover you can add chocolate, or pepper, or another flavors to make your own recipe, if you are like me not good with cooking this is a great solution.

Excelente producto. Me gustó mucho el sabor del mole, con un ligero toque picante que le da una consistencia muy rica y especial. He probado las dos presentaciones y a mi la que me gusta es ésta aunque para quienes prefieran un toque más dulce les recomienda la gourmet. Ambas valen mucho la pena.

Los ingredientes son naturales y tienen muy buena sazón. El mole es excelente. !!
