I bought this pillow after my second hip replacement. It was really hard for me to lay on my side without it. It helps to align my hips which takes away the pressure on them. I can’t sleep on my back and after my second surgery I couldn’t lay on the side of my first hip replacement. It really helps with the pain and I don’t wake up every half hour. It stays in position perfectly. I wish I had had this for my pregnancies. It’s awesome, thank you

It is just too small to get the comfort from it. You have to keep your position while sleeping. If you move when you sleep, this is not for you.

The foam is very firm, too firm for my light frame and weight. The squared edges dig into my legs and cut off the circulation. I tried all possible positions with the pillow but none were any better than another. It seems to be well constructed and might work for a heavier/larger person. Still looking for a knee pillow, but with tapered or rounded edges.

Got as gift for my daughter who has back pain. She said the pillow does stay with you when you roll over in bed,

This knee pillow is a great support. I purchased it to support my abductor muscles in my groin while I sleep. I am pleased to announce I sleep comfortable at night now and the pain has gone away! The first couple of of days I could feel my muscles contracting, but it went away.

Does not stay in place would give zero if it was an option

After my son had hip surgery, it was uncomfortable for him to sleep on his side. I bought this pillow for him to ease the pressure on hip joint, and he rested much better. Good investment.
