Lowered my hard water to an acceptable level
Works great and lowered my hard water level. Nice to be able to drink right from the faucet. Skin feels softer after a shower.

THIS UNIT DOES NOT SOFTEN WATER.I TOOK MY CULLIGAN SOFTENER OUT AND PURCHASED THIS UNIT BECAUSE OF A FREINDS RECCOMENDATION. WOW DID I SCREW UP. I PULLED IT OUT AND I PURCHASED A NEW SOFTENER FROM A LOCAL SOFTENER COMPANY THAT JUST INSTALLED IT.AMAZING!!!!!!! THIS UNIT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. IM SORRY IT DOES NOT SOFTEN WATER.. How soft it will make our water
The plastic fittings are a real problem for leaks and breakage.

Water taste great!
Installed July 29th and the first thing we noticed was the water quality! Perfect! 2nd we noticed that our hot water is much hotter that it used to be and doesn’t take long for hot water to come from faucets like it did before. Must be because the heating element in the water heater doesn’t have the build up from our old salt softener.The water doesn’t seem hard at all and no drying of the skin.I can’t comment yet about the build up on faucets since it’s only been about 30 days. So far VERY pleased with this purchase.
