I have waist length and wanted to add in more texture for my month of Ren Fest. These were easy to braid in on my own for the lower half of my hair. They don’t feel itchy but I also have a lot of hair. They also matched perfect to my hair color and I liked the little extra decor provided. I’ve washed it gently and they seem to be holding up. We will see if they make it all month but I’m a fan!

The ones I've bought have no smell and overall they're pretty soft. I braid them in myself and they're very easy to work with and they last very well and look natural. I've reinstalled them twice after my hair has grown out and wash them with my real hair as well. My tip to installing them however is to buy a ponytail looper instead of using the provided tool if you have thicker hair.

I ordered these because the Afro textured dreads were too pricey for me and I regret nothing! Super lightweight and soft. 10 out of 10!

These dreads are definitely what you pay for. They are very itchy and the fall off throughout the lock is terrible. The synthetic hair strands from top to the bottoms ends shreds out of the lock. i followed the directions and repeated multiple times, especially the blanching step, steeping them in hot water, and it does nothing. They do not stay straight like real locks. They stay at this wavy /curly type of strand instead and causes scalp itchiness. i hated how bad the loops were, so i even tried cutting the rubber band (i lift the rubber away from the piece entirely so the blade doesnt touch the strand) to make a natural loop and the whole dread started shredding. I got too aggravated w the process and threw them all away instead of taking photos or bothering with a refund. I looked at the reviews before purchasing thinking it was a good enough attempt but i wish i just kept the money to go to a professional source.

I have real dreadlocks and I just needed a few extra strands to boost some spots and add thickness overall. The colour matched so perfectly it was actually freaky. They match my natural dreads in texture, colour, thickness and length so they blended in so well. I got very lucky and I am beyond impressed so I ordered a second set to have on hand just in case, maybe add even more thickness throughout. Amazing product, very well made and I loved the thought of adding extra little accessories (although I personally won’t be using them). Highly recommend! The hook thingy helps a lot with installation, I appreciate it.(I thought the loops at the ends would be a bit bigger so I could just pull them onto my dreads but they were pretty small so I ended up pulling the extension dreadlock into its own loop and tightened it around my real dreadlock).

worth what you pay for....looks good BUT...itchy and stiff, if you use the boiled water method to soften them then the colour fades ...so if those things don't bother you, a good way to try the style without breaking the bank!!! The 22"-24" are so fun with that length.....

Omg! So easy to install. Having a creative personna; I am finding these are the perfect addition for personal expression!!
