Used this for my business, helps keep customers from leaving the water running (a common annoying problem), it works great! My only complaint was the fact that the retaining bolts are put on so tightly that I'm unable to adjust the run time for both the hot and cold. However the factory settings were for 15 and 8 seconds respectively and it has not cause me any problems or concerns to leave them that way. The great product dorable and solid

Purchased this faucet for a barbershop. This one replaces another identical faucet that was installed 15 years ago. It seems to be made of good qualify material. It's the same name brand as the one it replaced. If you have a business, this faucet will save you money in the long run--it will prevent clients from leaving it running and wasting water. Highly recommended

For me, this device is a lifesaver! My younger brother lives with me because he had a brain injury as a child. He’s the type that leaves doors, drawers, etc... open and frequently forgets to turn the water off when brushing his teeth and such. I put this in his bathroom and it is exactly what I needed. There is a 15 second run time on each inlet, and it turns off after that... every single time.I installed this in the last 10 days of our billing cycle for the water and saved $20 on that particular bill. Very low possibility of that being coincidental.

Replaced existing faucets that were not hands-free and automatic shut off. The installation was Relatively simple. Existing faucets were all hard piped, changed to stainless flex lines perfect. New faucets were preset at factory seemed to be right amount of water.

Pretty straightforward install; fit as expected. Factory settings were great right out of the box. We hope it lasts a long time.

I bought this faucet because a family member with dementia left water running in the sink and water overflowed to basement below, ruining a basement ceiling. This faucet shuts off automatically, which is perfect for someone who forgets to turn off the faucet. It is a less expensive alternative than motion detector faucets.However, one has to push the hot water faucet several times to get hot water, which was not true with the regular faucet. I do not understand why hot water is slower to get to the pipes with this faucet, but it is. The shower which is in the same bathroom gets hot water quicker. I have started washing my hands with cold water. If you can explain this to me, I would appreciate it.

Great faucet - keeps my father-in-law from wasting water. For some reason he is incapable of turning off a faucet all the way so I put this in the only bathroom that we allow him to use.

Quality and beautiful but it too expensive and it is very hard to adjust the level
