Product does not work
I have had a problem with this product. Will not connect with satellite. It is useless to me. Need to return if I can. Unhappy with this product.

No Australia maps available
No Australian maps on it. Contacted store and was told you had to purchase them separately. Tried doing that but comes up doesn’t deliver to that area. Tried buying several other cards locally but they wouldn’t work in it . Waisted money unless you live in the States.

The touch screen worked nicely too bad that's the only good quality.

Mounting location
I like that I can see the 9 inch screen better than the smaller one I had. It takes some thinking about where and how to mount in a new Chevrolet Silverado but after I got that figured out it is nice. The performance and quality seems to be very good and the free update maps will be nice.
