Taste is pretty good
I can't speak to how well it works for muscle growth since I take a few different supplements and not sure if I can attribute gains to this one product. But if you're looking for a leucine heavy BCCA for a good price this is it. I usually consume it during my workout.

Mercury?
Didn’t catch this in the info but the bottle says the product exposes you to mercury. Flavor was not great. Wish I didn’t buy.

I bought this because I haven’t tried the flavor and it looked refreshing. I always buy this brand because of the best in price and awesome flavor . This go round I did not like the flavor and pineapple is still my favorite!
